Leanna White
Owner
Hi! My name is Leanna White. My husband, Paul, and I started P&L Business Solutions in 2019 to help businesses become more profitable and to take away the stress required of business owners to provide documentation to their CPAs to file their annual taxes. We love helping businesses!
I started out doing all the bookkeeping myself but now that we have a wonderful team of one administrative assistant and two bookkeepers, my focus is onboarding new clients, doing most of the client communication, and working to adjust our tech stack to provide the best experience for our clients. I am a certified QBO ProAdvisor and consultant with a lot of experience of transforming books that are a total mess into a smooth accounting process that provides accurate and useful financial and management reports for our clients. I am also a certified bookkeeper certified through the Intuit Academy.
My life outside of work, consists of spending time with my wonderful husband and our two awesome teenagers. I love to serve at my church by working with the babies in the nursery and playing the piano in our church services. I also enjoy traveling whenever I can.

I am Paul White, Co-Owner of P&L Business Solutions. I enjoy my role as a Fractional CFO using my business background from the Fortune 100 world of working in Finance, Sourcing, and Process Design/Quality Control to assist and advise our clients on becoming more profitable. One of the key concepts we focus on when working with clients is to understand their business’s fixed overhead base, variable expenses, and revenue potential opportunities with the end goal of helping owners to develop a roadmap toward more predictable cash flow and higher profitability.
Although my formal education was a BS and MBA in Business, outside of work I enjoy being an experimental aircraft builder. I hold a Repairman’s Certificate for a Vans Aircraft RV7A that I fly with my kids and lovely wife. I also enjoy watching the kids play sports on their school’s team.

Hello, my name is Amy Garcia. I joined P&L Business Solutions in 2023 as an Administrative Assistant. With a passion for organization and efficiency, I strive to support our team in achieving excellence in every project.
Outside of work, I love spending quality time with my family. Whether it’s watching documentaries, enjoying a relaxing day by the pool, or taking on a DIY project at home, we always find ways to make the most of our time together.
Recently, I’ve developed a newfound love for tea, especially loose-leaf varieties, and enjoy exploring different flavors and blends.

Hello, my name is Michele Menard. It’s been 2 1/2 years since I began working for P&L as a bookkeeper. Now I work with multiple clients by assisting with invoicing, account reconciliation, daily financial transactions, and annual insurance audits. The experience I’ve gained includes bookkeeping, administration, proofreading, and claims analysis. I also have a background in project planning, analysis and research, payroll and onboarding. All this allows me to better serve our P&L Business Solutions family.
I love to travel and have had the privilege to travel extensively overseas, both on missions trips and for pleasure. I have a large family, and enjoy spending time with my children and grandchildren.

My name is Debra Dial but people call me Debbie. I came to P&L Business Solutions in 2023 to update the website and have carried over into bookkeeping. With an administrative background for over 35 years, I thoroughly enjoy working with numbers involved on the bookkeeping side and website upkeep.
We homeschooled our son through his entire school career and now miss shopping at Staples and OfficeMax for office supplies; now I have another reason. One of our best experiences is when the military sent our family to Germany via my husband. We did world history one of the years and spent the summer visiting places that we studied. After our son graduated high school, I was looking for what the Lord has next for me. I was blessed to begin working with Leanna and the flexibility to also take care of my Dad out of state.

My name is Clarence Elliott. I am happy to be partnering with P&L Business Solutions since 2024. My goal is to help the clients of P&L Business Solutions prepare and file their business taxes and the business owner’s personal taxes.
With over 40 years experience in all types of tax preparation, including personal, small business, corporations, partnerships and trusts, I feel I can be very helpful to all types of clients. I have been using Intuit ProSeries for over 20 years and am an Enrolled Agent with all IRS and Virginia registrations, including EFIN, PTIN, CAF and FIRE.
